Why won’t my service activate?

If you’re experiencing delays in the activation process for your TGTVS Mobile service, please consider the following checklist:

Have you received activation notifications from TGTVS Mobile?
Have you received and inserted your TGTVS Mobile SIM card?
Have you received the eSIM Kit from TGTVS Mobile?
Have you received the QR code necessary to activate the eSIM?
Has your device successfully passed the compatibility check?
Are you currently in the process of porting your number to TGTVS Mobile, or have you not initiated this yet?
