If you choose to disconnect your TGTVS Mobile service, please be aware that your number will no longer be yours after 30 days, unless you decide to port it to a new carrier.
You can still dial 611 to connect directly with customer service for assistance in the reactivation process.
After 30 days, your account will be disconnected, and your number and SIM will no longer be active or available.
