No, you can use your TGTVS Mobile data as a hotspot. The amount of data you can use for hotspot depends on your plan:

If you’re on the Basic or Mobiles Best plan, hotspot usage is not available.

If you have the Mobiles Best Unlimited or Mobiles Best Unlimited + plan, you can use up to 5 GB of your data for hotspot.

Please be aware that if you connect devices like laptops and televisions to your hotspot, your data won’t be throttled, and it will run at 5G/4G speeds. However, keep in mind that streaming video may deplete your data allotment faster. We recommend checking your data usage within the TGTVS Mobile app to stay informed.
