How do I cancel my TGTVS Mobile service?

If you decide to leave TGTVS Mobile, it’s essential to ensure a smooth transition. To do this, one of your group members must become the primary account holder and have an active credit card on file for uninterrupted service for everyone in the group upon your exit. Once you’ve made that decision, simply let us know, and we’ll take the necessary steps. After verifying your account, we’ll email you your account information, including your account number, PIN, and billing ZIP code. You can use this information to transfer your number to a new service provider. Upon your departure from TGTVS Mobile, you will receive an email confirming that your number is no longer with us.

If you choose to immediately disconnect from TGTVS Mobile, please be aware that you not be able to use the old SIM. We will then send you an email confirmation of your cancellation. Alternatively, if you decide to disconnect at the start of your next billing cycle, you will still have access to your data, voice, and text services until the date of disconnection. It’s important to note that no refunds will be offered if you disconnect your services in the middle of your billing cycle.
