Changing your voicemail password with TGTVS Mobile is a straightforward process. Here’s how you can go about it:
To change your voicemail password on your own:
- Open the phone app on your device.
- Long press “1” on your phone’s dialpad to reach the voicemail menu.
- Follow the voice prompts.
- Select the ‘admin options’ when prompted.
- Choose the password option.
- Enter your new password.
- Press the pound (#) key to confirm the change.
Please note that your password must be 7 digits long.
