My bill date has been changed to 28th, why?

As the group owner or primary account holder with TGTVS Mobile, your billing date is determined on the day you activate your number. If you’re a secondary line holder on the plan, your billing date aligns with the primary account holder’s. Should a line be activated on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month, the billing date will reset to the 28th for all subsequent billing cycles. This ensures a consistent and smooth billing process for everyone on your plan.
